Standard orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or new album launches, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy on apparel and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition tour merchandise and autographed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I ensure I choose the right size for t-shirts and hoodies?
A detailed size chart is available on every product page. Most of our apparel is 'true to size' with a standard fit, but we recommend checking the specific measurements for 100% cotton items which may experience slight shrinkage after washing.
Do you offer international shipping for fans outside the United States?
